CERAMIC
Shaped by hand. Transformed by fire.
MATERIAL & PROCESS
Every ceramic element begins with the hand.
Shaped individually, each form retains subtle variations in surface, proportion and texture. The material is allowed to respond to pressure, heat and glaze, creating pieces that cannot be reproduced in exactly the same way.
Fire completes what the hand begins.

FORM & IRREGULARITY
No two forms respond in exactly the same way.
Subtle differences in pressure, thickness and firing remain visible in each piece. Glaze settles differently across every surface, revealing variations in color, reflection and texture.
Rather than correcting these differences, they become part of the object.
Irregularity is part of the form.

CERAMIC OBJECTS
From individual forms, the object begins to emerge.
Ceramic elements are assembled with stone, nacre, metal and fiber, creating compositions where differences in weight, texture and reflection become part of the design.
Each piece develops through balance rather than repetition.

ON THE BODY
An object changes when it is worn.
Ceramic responds to the body through weight, movement and scale. What begins as an individual form becomes part of a larger composition — between material, garment and gesture.

The object becomes part of the body’s movement.
